Shipping policy

We proudly offer free shipping within the United States - including Hawaii and Alaska.

For Canada Express Worldwide (2-3 Business Day Delivery)

For International Express Worldwide (2-5 Business Day Delivery) $50.00 *Does not include any duties & taxes (responsibility of the receiver). 

Note we do not offer free shipping on international returns. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.  

 

GROUND SHIPPING:

Orders received by 12pm EST are shipped out the same business day via our free ground shipping option. Orders received after 12pm EST are shipped the following business day. 

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We ship internationally via UPS  for the best service and rates. We charge a flat fee of $30 for Canada and $50 for all other countries. Please note that any assessed duties or local taxes are not included in this rate and are the responsibility of the receiver. 

INTERNATIONAL RETURNS 

Note, due to logistics and costs we do not offer free return shipping on international orders. Any return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. 

HOW DO I KNOW THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN SHIPPED?

You will receive a shipment notification e-mail once your order has shipped. The e-mail will contain the tracking information as well as a link to track your package online. 

DO YOU SHIP TO PO BOXES OR APO/FPO ADDRESSES?

We do not ship to APO/FPO addresses.
