August 14, 2017 – Port Washington, NY – I & Eye Optical, a well-respected, Long Island based eyewear manufacturer and merchandiser with national distribution has announced the release of its new website.

The website, located at www.varieyewear.com, has been updated to help drive consumer traffic to Väri retailers and provide a better user experience for retailers and consumers. Content on the site such as the retailer locator and many of the blogs will be geared toward the value that the ECP provides as part of the eye care experience. New to the relaunched site is the Virtual Try On that will allow consumers to look at the entire Väri line to excite them about the styles and to get them ready to meet with the ECP.

The site includes playful, teaser videos that show different aspects of the cool, comfortable and convertible styles that Väri offers.

A back-end portal for registered retailers and distributors is also part of the site to streamline the ordering process and to provide additional resources to eye care professionals.

Also included on the site is an incredible offer for retailers as part of the application process to become a registered Väri retailer. Offering all retailers a free frame as part of the on-boarding process, Väri is so confident about the retailer success of the collection, they are offering all retailers a free frame as part of the registration on-boarding process – an amazing value to retailers.

Väri Founder, Clif Browner says, “We only offer frames that are easy to sell, and even easier to wear. We’ve got incredible sell through and turn rates on average of 6-8 turns. With a 99.9% product fill rate, we really feel we have a winning formula for retailers looking to increase sales and satisfaction among their clients.” Co-Founder Rich Baum agrees, “We are opticians designing for opticians, we know what works and we know this industry. We’re excited to share this product with ECP’s and even more excited about their reaction to the line.”

Väri also offers retailers sales tools, such as its guidebook called “Selling to Millennials: 9 Secrets Every Eyewear Retailer Needs to Know.” This resource booklet offers an easy read, and timely, useful tips for optical retailers on creating and maintaining relationships with today’s most influential buyers – Millennials. This is a free download available to retailers interested in connecting and maintaining business with this market segment.

Browner adds, “We continue to look for ways to improve our visitor experience and to help our retailers get the information and products and to give the consumer an insightful look in what makes up our company and our collection.”   Baum adds, “The website is one of the many public faces for us in a market that continues to be intrigued and excited by the Vari line.”
